I have over 10 years of experience in IT, mainly working on system integration and building high-performance backend services using Java and Spring. Most of my work has been around SOAP and REST APIs in fintech and telecom, where scalability and reliability really matter.
In recent years, I’ve been working on AI-driven solutions, including agents and automation that support customer interactions and decision-making. It’s been interesting to see how AI fits into real systems, not just as an experiment but as something useful.

2022 — PresentDesigning and delivering AI-driven projects based on client and partner requirements, with strong focus on building scalable AI systems. Hands-on in development and integrations using IBM and non-IBM technologies, including agentic AI use cases.

2021 — 2022At TCS, I was responsible for both technical and non-technical activities related to product development. Along with hands-on development, I worked on designing system flows, technical activities, and database structures. I also designed and built a reusable scheduling assistant module used across the product.

2015 - 2016, 2017 — 2021Started as a Junior Software Engineer, building a strong foundation in Java and TypeScript while contributing to a full-stack e-commerce application in an Agile environment. Progressed to a senior role, developing secure Java/Spring-based backend systems for Fintech and Telecom, including SOAP/REST microservices, Oracle DB components with JMS, and messaging integrations like RabbitMQ and Oracle AQ.
